What is Account Deletion?

Account deletion refers to permanently removing your user account and related data on the FFPoker platform. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered, including:

Personal profile and account information
Game records and statistics
Virtual chips and game currency
Achievements and level progress
Friends list and social relationships
Personalized settings and preferences

Before Deletion

Before applying for account deletion, please confirm the following:

Export game data you want to keep
Save important game screenshots or records
Record your achievements and milestones
Exchange alternative contact information with friends
Record personalized settings for future use
Confirm all purchase records are saved

Account Status

Confirm account balance is cleared or transferred

Important Warning:

After account deletion, you will not be able to recover any data, nor can you re-register with the same email or username. Please ensure you have fully considered the consequences of this decision.
